The Lord is soverign

Much has happened over the past few weeks. Finally, gaining strength back from the sickness...and boy was that an amazing feeling, Praise God! Also, little nephew Owen was due for Heart Surgery and this came early on Friday. Which now Jake and Kandi can put much of the wait behind them and the stress and anxiety that came from waiting. It was good to be with them friday and I got a chance to see the Ronald McDonald House. Very nice and all supported by volunteers, so give your change to the McDonald piggy bank in front of the register. Also, recently I have applied to start on my Master's Degree. This will prove to be a challenge, because I am not the type to really set long term goals and this is proving to be very tough decision, because I never thought I would consider it. I know I have a lot of growing up to do and I won't be able to do it until I allow Christ to take control and lead me in His ways.

Eph 3:20 "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us..."

Grace and Peace to you in Christ.

The 'bug' has gotten the Bugg

There is something in the 'air' and it took me out this weekend. So...my plans were to take off early Friday from work and go to Jacksonville, FLA to a Bible conference. Well I did! But on the half day sick day I took off...I actually came down with something. I tough through the day and decided to go and that I couldn't get any worse. Yeah, I will never say that again. I was awful that evening, also all day Saturday and Sunday. Came back Sunday without doing anything at the conference with everyone I went down with (9 of us all). I took Monday off and am still here today recovering from this sickness.

Everyone is coming down with some form of it...beware of it...it will take you by surprise. I am actually going to bed now. I will try to get back with some more to write.

The day in the Life of Bugg

Well...if you want to know a little bit about me I will just have to give you a glimpse of one of my days.

6:08am Radio Alarm (with a few news reports)
7:00am - 7:16am I arrive to Baldwin High School
9:50am - 3:15 pm I teach my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th blocks [pre-algebra]
3:22pm - 4:22 pm- my second Job with after school programs
4:30- come home and OFF to the gym
6:00pm - 6:30pm - usually back from the gym and preparing for dinner
8:00 - 10:00pm- movies/t.v. shows/read/hangout with friends/listen to podcasts/Bible study/and I am sure some other things have happened that I am not thinking of.
10:00pm - 11:00pm - getting ready for bed and start over

So, this is a typical day...schedule wise, but does not show the mental roller coaster I experience each moment of everyday.

Teaching has been an experience to say the least. I am learning much from teaching and there is probably much I could share, but probably not the best to do. so, I won't bother you with that and just try to get my thoughts about what I am learning as an individual spiritually and cognitively.

New Inspiration!!!

I have failed in my attempts to blog....and speaking with Meredith has challenged me to try once again. So here we go again.

My New Year: 2008
I did not make any new years resolutions, but am looking forward to what this year will bring. Lets enjoy the ride and embrace life's obstacles that come our way.

Grace and Peace be to you through our Lord Jesus Christ!

Matthew's Inspiration

I felt inspired by Matthew McFarland to start a Blogger. I don't know if I will have much to share, but hey....maybe this will be a good outlet for me to start writing down my thoughts on life and scripture.

This Blog goes out to my boy Matt...congrats on your engagement! Great Story! Can't wait to hang out with you. Peace out.
